Computrad has a strong partnership with Trend
who has invested over £500,000 in enhancing its
Operations Control Centre which lies at the heart
of the Loudwater (High Wycombe) facility.
This includes a 24 hour Fault Management Operation,
a dedicated Network Management team and a Technical
Assistance Desk. The latest investment has resulted
in a new, state of the art facility, which came
on line during Q3, 2002, to provide even better
hosted Network Management Services to a growing
customer base.
The Technical Assistance Desk, manned by engineers
trained on a wide range of networking equipment
and technologies, is located beside both the Network
Management team and Call Logging operators so
that any call or alarm can be quickly analysed
and passed to a suitably trained individual for
action thus minimising the response time for dealing
with customer's faults or enquiries.
The whole area employs security cleared staff
and is protected by stringent security measures.
