Computrad's partnerhip with Trend allows access to a 24 hour Operations Control Centre that combines its Fault Management and Network Management facilities with a Technical Assistance Desk at a headquarters in Loudwater.

The Fault Management team are responsible for Incident Resolution and employ a fully featured service management system (Field Service System) to provide overall control of fault logging, monitoring and tracking. They also communicate back to customers so ensuring the latest and most relevant information is provided at all times.
