Field ServicesComputrad in partnership with Trend successfully handles Field Services. Together we have over 300 permanently employed field service engineers distributed across the UK delivering hardware, software and network maintenance services. Also available are security cleared maintenance specialists. We are accredited by major vendors for voice and data networks, servers and desktop systems. Each maintenance contract is specifically tailored to individual service delivery requirements encompassing variable hours of cover, response rates by equipment class. The multi-vendor field maintenance service is backed by a nationwide logistics infrastructure. Computrad in partnership with Trend operates a nation-wide field servicing capability based upon meeting each of its customer's needs with a flexible and high quality service. To provide the highest levels of service and support, Computrad with Trend's experienced Field Service teams operate from four sites, throughout the country. Each has a distributed spares holding to ensure the guaranteed fix times are met. 4 Main Service Centres
These service centres are strategically sited to ensure nation-wide coverage from Scotland to the West Country. Computrad's partnership with Trend allows us to have over 45 Field Service engineers working out of the above locations and each has been trained on core equipment, networking protocols and data communications in general including enterprise LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Frame Relay, ATM. They are in turn backed by a further 22 network specialists with skills in the main networking vendors products as well as areas such as network management, security, troubleshooting and consultancy.
