Full job spec is here 2) Administration AssistantAim: To provide administrative support to the Managing Director and Finance Manager on a day to day basis. Responsibilities: The key duties of the post are as follows.
The role is initially on a part time basis 2 days a week between Monday to Friday and could lead to a full time role. The ideal candidate must be accurate, articulate and pro-active. The candidate must have good organisational, communication and inter-personal skills. In reward we offer training, support and assistance in the relevant areas. We also offer sponsorship towards book-keeping qualification for this role. 3) Logistics and Purchasing Officer.We are looking for a day to day IT purchaser who will also be responsible for the daily shipping of goods and logistics. The role involves liasing with couriers and freight forwarders to arrange timely despatch of goods. The role also involves setting up relationships with suppliers to ensure goods are despatched to our warehouse or direct to clients. Dealing with clients and suppliers for raising and organising return of goods and dead on arrival products also forms part of the role. Excellent and clear communication with sales people and other admin staff to assist in the general smooth running and operation of the office is an essential part of the job. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet urgent deadlines as well as ability to prove and possess excellent organisational skills are an essential part of the job. Starting Date Immediate 4)Trainee Web Developer -Fantastic opportunity for a school/college leaver to maintain and design commercial websites and also to learn the hidden "art" of search engine optimisation. Duties will also include supporting Systems Engineers with Network Infrastruture design and support including Microsoft Windows 2003 and Exchange, Citrix and Firewalls. Some basic administration duties will also form part of this role. Dreamweaver experience is essential. £ 8-10k PA 5) Internal Telesales Executive £ 13-16k PA OTE £ 28kFantastic opportunity to start in the exciting and lucrative career of IT Sales. Duties involve coldcalling and business generation selling Security Solutions, Network Storage Solutions and Managed Active Network Monitoring Services to end users. Must have one year stable telesales experience. IT sales Experience is an advantage but not absolutely necessary. Must be a quick learner, IT hobbyist and eager to progress in an IT Sales role. Future progression to account management and field sales. 6) Network Security Business Development Executive.£ 20-25K P.A. Basic with a min OTE of 50k P.A. Must have minimum 2 years stable experience of working in a reseller environment. Main role is to develop our already rapid progress in the selling of Holistic Network Security, Citrix, Storage Networking and Bandwidth Management Solutions to Corporates, SME's and Public Sector. This role will involve working with products such as Fortinet, Checkpoint, Alteon, Packeteer and Nortel. Also focusing on selling the services portfolio covering Active Maintenance Contracts and Managed Security Services. A proven track record is essential. 7)Senior Business Development Manager.£ 30-50k Basic with realistic OTE of £ 100k. You will have at least three years of stable and committed experience with a firm and be ready to take your next step in a career move that will meet all your expectations and where you will really make a difference. After proving your business development and account management sales expertise you will be groomed for a senior role within the company and will be a strategic part of its growth strategy and future. Management potential and a a good commercial business acumen is a must. A proven track record is essential.
