Setting up a new Credit Account

If you would like to setup a credit account with Computrad to start trading with us then please download the following form here and fax back to us on +44 208 997 9938.

Fully Government funded organisation do not need to apply for credit with Computrad (Europe) Limited as you already have automatic credit facilities granted to you.

For fraud prevention reasons with credit cards please note that we generally cannot ship goods to any other address apart from the billing address of the card.

Customer Services / Returns

If you have purchased equipment that has developed a fault and is still under the manufacturer's warranty or is Dead on Arrival DOA in accordance with the manufacturer's DOA policy then please email the following address returns@computrad.co.uk and a customer services representative will contact you.

Alternatively you may download our returns forms here and fill this out and either fax back on
(+44) (0)208 997 9938 or email us the completed & signed form on returns@computrad.co.uk and we will again contact you with the next course of action.

Please do not send back any goods without a written returns merchandise authorisation (RMA) number issued by Computrad.
