C-Series

The Crossbeam C10 Security Services Switch is a high performance network security device for remote offices and small- to medium-sized businesses. X-Series

The X-Series offers Crossbeam customers complete network, mail, and Web security - allowing them to consolidate complex security infrastructures while preserving and strengthening their security policies.

Crossbeam X40T The Crossbeam X40 is the first high performance, highly available, multi-security application platform available to enterprise and service provider customers. The X40 security services switch is built on a high-speed switching fabric architecture comprised of two data switches and two control switches. This separates user/control traffic and ensures complete redundancy.
The new Crossbeam X45 is designed to secure the network perimeters of mid-market enterprises. Its compact 7-slot chassis features up to 16 gigabit Ethernet ports or up to 32 Fast Ethernet ports and up to 4 gigabits per second of full duplex firewall throughput, delivering the port density and performance of an X40 in half the size. The X45 is ideally suited for protecting the perimeters of medium to large enterprises.
The new Crossbeam X80 was designed to protect the networks of large enterprises and service providers. It features the same 14-slot chassis as the X40, but delivers twice the performance and port density. The switch supports up to 32 Gigabit Ethernet ports or up to 64 Fast Ethernet ports and up to 8 gigabits per second of full duplex firewall throughput. Worms and viruses that spread inside corporate LANs cost more than any other type of attack. No complex mathematics are required to understand the numbers. Just multiply the number of compromised PCs by the time and dollars it takes your IT staff to clean and rebuild each one after a successful attack. The integrated Crossbeam solution eliminates the need for load balancers, switches and separate high availability software required to make current URL filtering systems scale. It also adds a significant layer of protection on top of the firewall itself.

The Websense engine is state-of-the-art, providing the industry's most complete database of categorized suspect sites and the ability to customize and add to the database for company-specific policies. Management of the system is automatic - as new, unauthorized sites are discovered they are added to the database.
