Intelligent Wave ACE (score system)

ACE (score system)

With the new score judgment system incorporating the score judgment functions “customer behavior score model detection” and “past illegal use cases score model detection,” ACE Plus can now realize highly accurate judgment results that surpass the conventional score judgment system.
This is a score system that can achieve high cost-performance and high-precision results as a score system that minimizes damages by conducting real-time monitoring of credit demand (online authorization) in Japan and from abroad, and sending warnings.

Model analysis function

1) Creation of behavior items
Creates behavior databases from accumulated past authorization data, based on the use history of each member.
2) CS conversion analysis
Adds behavior items to the accumulated past authorization data. Conducts a CS conversion analysis on them, and creates a CS conversion table.  In addition, uses this table to conduct a CS conversion of the data used for the CS conversion analysis.

3) Logistic regression analysis
Implements a logistic regression analysis to CS-converted authorization data and creates a regression coefficient table.
4) Table reflection
Periodically reflects the CS conversion table and the regression coefficient table, which have been obtained by the analyses, to the scoring function.

Scoring function

5) Authorization data reception
Receives authorization data from host and other systems.
6) Acquisition of member behavior data
Acquires member behavior data from the received authorization.
7) CS conversion
Matches the received authorization and member behavior information to the CS conversion table, and converts to probability-based logic values.
8) Application of logistic regression model
Applies the regression coefficient table to CS-converted data to calculate the score values.
9) Update of member behavior data
Reflects the received authorization information to member behavior.
10) Return of authorization data
Returns the score values for received authorization to host and other systems.
