Remote System Support
Computrad can provide its clients with a remote
network monitoring service. This service is designed
to address the need for organizations to have their
network monitored due to lack of internal resource.
Computrad can tailor the Remote support service to the
customers needs, whether on an advisory basis, or a
fix and advise. Computrad will then allow our engineers
to monitor and access any remote network in real time,
thus saving the customer the need for costly network
monitoring tools and expensive resources.
Optionally, network statistics and error reporting
can be provided at defined intervals for evaluation
and planning purposes. Computrad will, as part of this
option, provide advice and recommendations based on
our findings.
The remote support is provided using dedicated equipment
at both ours and the customer's site. A leased line
or dial-up access is used depending on the length of
time Computrad are requested to monitor the network.
