Text Message Server (TMS) is a fully-featured communications solution, suitable for keeping in contact with staff and customers alike.

SMS messages can be sent from the TMS GUI or, with no client software installation required, from within ANY email client. Inbound messages and delivery receipts can be routed directly into users email accounts (and/or the TMS client software) by choosing one of four different routing options.

In addition to the ability to send from the desktop, TMS has a 3rd-party integration module which allows automatic sending of SMS messages from CRM solutions, databases, etc. In fact, ANY application that generates csv or txt files can be 'SMS-enabled'. Simple scripting also allows text messages to be sent from a Web or Intranet page - no need for email or TMS client software!

Every TMS system comes with a GSM modem to handle both incoming and outgoing messages. Simply plug in a SIM card and the system is 'ready to go'.

To reduce costs and increase broadcast speed, Computrad hosts a dedicated IP Relay server for outgoing messages. This allows 'texts' to be sent via an existing Internet connection. Using this method, we can offer substantially reduced message rates (dependant on volume). Incoming messages can be handled by the supplied GSM modem or over IP with our advanced personal SMS-to-email numbers (MSISDN).

Now at v5, TMS is a fully-featured enterprise messaging solution, giving professionals the ability to send short messages quickly, discretely and cost effectively.
