When a customer has complex or intermittent
network problems, Computrad's technical specialists
can help by interrogating the network remotely
or attending site armed with a range of analysers
and tools to identify the cause and help to resolve
it. In the event of it is not being due to network
hardware, software or configuration, we can then
call upon other specialists or consultants with
the relevant skills, either within or
from one of our strategic partners, to help address
system or performance related issues and prevent
reoccurrence. This service fo`rms an integral
part of the NetCare
support contract and so our customers can have
access to technical skills and tools at no extra
cost.
Computrad recognises that most networks
are a combination of products integrated in order
to enhance performance. Several manufacturers
and service providers can be involved, each supplying
specialist parts of the network; hubs, switching,
bridging, routing; the list is endless - it would
be easy to push the problem onto "the other chap",
but Computrad simply do not do this. We don't
point fingers - we fix your problem. Then we worry
about who should carry the can!
