IPTV/Videoconferencing Solutions

IPTV/Videoconferencing Solutions

VBrick Systems Inc are manufacturers of standalone network appliances which compress full motion video into MPEG1 (VHS quality) or MPEG2 (DVD quality) video for streaming over Ethernet, ATM (25 and 155 OC3) and E1 networks. Using IP Multicast, a single VBrick can stream to essentially an unlimited number of users without stressing the network. Once on the network the streamed video can be viewed on TV or plasma screen using another VBrick, on a PC using VBrick StreamPlayerII to view through Windows media player or a web page or on third party software such as the Cisco IP/TV client. StreamPlayerII also provides the ability to record, edit and FTP MPEG files to a remote server for streaming out at some later time using VBrick StreamPump or the VBrick Video-On-Demand (VOD) server.
